Ishita has an international degree in Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. She is post graduated from Fitness and Health promotion from Loyalist college, Belleville in 2020. Ishita is a Resident Physiotherapist, licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Skilled in Mobilization, Soft tissue Release, Ishita has extensive experience in treating spine patients specially neck and back. Moreover, she has treated post-op knee and shoulder patients as well. She enjoys working with Athletes and she has personally trained athletes for their strength and endurance training in India, especially badminton and kabaddi players. Ishita has extensive experience and expertise in treating SPINE- Low back pain, neck pain and sports injuries. She enjoys working with people of all ages and has experience in treating work related injuries, post motor vehicle accidents, post surgical and joint replacement conditions. She is focused on updating herself in terms of latest research and technique. Ishita is very passionate about her job as a Resident Physiotherapist, and she truly cares about all of her patients getting better. Ishita said that “Seeing patients getting better brings immense happiness to me”. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, traveling, working out and keeping herself healthy, positive, and energetic and playing badminton.
